Job Description:

A super-trendy and well invested social mobile application is looking for an experienced and charismatic VP marketing to join its team. 

The VP marketing will lead, operate and oversee all of the company's marketing initiatives: user acquisition, promotions, branding, PR, market research and app distribution.


Responsibilities:

Conceive and implement various marketing strategies to increase ROI.

Create successful marketing campaigns with quantifiable objectives.

Manage marketing budgets, oversee marketing team efforts and activities.

Perform competitive analysis, market intelligence research and always keep up-to-date with the market.

Take charge of various promotions and communication efforts.

Develop and measure key metrics including user acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates, satisfaction and renewal rates.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, and hands-on experience in the mobile marketing sphere - a must.
  • Extensive experience in the online media field - acquisition, retention, affiliation and CRM.
  • Knowledge of PR, branding and offline marketing - an advantage.
  • Superb analytical skills and creative mindset.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to inspire a team.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent, high level English in writing and speech.
  • Proven ability to deliver following a marketing strategy and budget constraints.
  • Attentive to details, passionate about internet companies and products.
