Job Description:

An innovative technological company developing platform tailored for mobile apps is looking for a talented mobile and video account success manager to handle B2B clients' needs, train new clients in using the company's products optimally and provide client feedback to management and product departments.


Responsibilities:

Understand the market, the competition and client needs.

Manage client accounts on all levels: technical, business, support and product.

Maintain close relations with clients and receive constant feedback and requests.

Provide clients with training and webinars to improve their gains and performance metrics with the company's platform.

Introduce new features to clients.

Upsell existing clients.


Requirements:

  • Fluent English - must.
  • Experience in digital marketing and/or account management.
  • Experience working with DSP's.
  • Experience with mobile products or mobile advertising (iOS, Android).
  • Experience with video advertising - an advantage.
  • Product management affinity and basic understanding.
  • Some technical background - advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create close positive relations.
  • Native Spanish - an advantage.
