Job Description:

An ambitious and invested sharing economy venture is looking for a talented tech savvy social media specialist to join the company. The specialist will assist customers using social media and other online forums, and manage the company's social media accounts on various networks.


Responsibilities:

Deliver service to the company's global customers and partners via social media.

Maintain and strengthen positive customer relations and satisfaction.

Respond to complex client inquiries and questions.

Manage the company's social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest, Google+ and Instagram.

Keep track of changes and trends in the social media world to create new social media assets and improve existing ones.

Go the extra mile to engage customers.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools.
  • Independent with great organization and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
  • Fluent, high level English in writing and speech. Native level - advantage.
  • Ability to stay calm and work effectively under pressure.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.
  • Familiarity with New York City’s geography - an advantage.
