Job Description:

A successful software company specializing in mobile promotion is seeking a talented senior product manager who will be a key member in the mobile advertising department. The experienced product manager will work closely with other experts within the product team, R&D and several other divisions.


Responsibilities:

Be on top of the mobile advertising business.

Identify opportunities that can influence and contribute to the product vision and roadmap.

Take full responsibility for product design and definition.

Perform market research and competitive research and implement that knowledge.

Collaborate with several teams inside and outside the team - R&D and test teams, developers, QA, BD, marketing, design, business and sales teams, product groups, professional services, account managers, customers and partners.

Manage prioritization and set product milestones, establish success metrics and track progress to delivery.

Full responsibility for product launches and measurement of business results.

Analyze product behavior and derive future optimization and feature improvements based on deep data analysis.

 


Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in product management.
  • Profound understanding of web technologies, mobile and recent trends.
  • Experience managing and launching ad-tech products.
  • Experience in the mobile world as a developer and/or product manager.
  • Experience with SaaS and B2B products.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working as part of a global team.
  • Outstanding leadership skills with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • B.A. in Computer Science/Software Engineering - a must. MBA - an advantage.
  • Technical background. Software development experience - an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills, able to work across multiple interfaces and teams.
  • Experienced in agile/SCRUM methodology.
