Job Description:

A leading global hospitality marketplace for travelers ensuring safety, security and comfort in finding accommodations all over the world is hiring a retention manager to be responsible for a key business KPIs, retention marketing budget and devising the strategy for the company’s retention plan.


Plan and implement manual and automated communications for each customer life-cycle stage using e-mail campaigns, push messages and in-app messages.

Collaborate with the product and design teams to deliver exciting on brand content and features.

Create campaigns for several segments, using A/B testing, optimization and control groups.

Analyze results and make future decisions and improvements based on conclusions.

Collaborate with coordinators to gain insights and requirements regarding promotions, emails, bonuses and more.

Develop and implement smart retention tools aiming to Increase Life Time Value.


  • 2+ years of experience with CRM / retention.
  • Experience with different e-mail delivery systems - mail chimp, send grid, silverpop, Marketo Exact Target, Google Analytics and Salesforce etc.
  • Proficiency with web analytics and MS Excel.
  • Grate analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Email coding - an advantage.
  • Proactive, motivated, enthusiastic to learn.
  • Great attention to detail, able to multitask several projects with focus.
  • Fluent, high level English in writing and speech.
