Job Description:

A successful online payments and monetization start-up is hiring an industry tested head of affiliates that will manage affiliate marketing initiatives from concept to launch and acquisition results, while leading a team and driving huge budgets.


Responsibilities:

Manage a team of affiliate managers.

Recruit and train a team of affiliate marketers.

Build affiliate department strategy and programs.

Manage affiliate acquisition initiatives from concept to launch.

Identify new traffic opportunities across channels (paid traffic, social, email, link building, content distribution).

Take responsibility for planning, developing, deploying and reporting customer acquisition results.

Research and test new online marketing and acquisition channels.

Analyze performance results and optimize accordingly.

 


Requirements:

  • Vast affiliate management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing an affiliation department or team.
  • Technical background and great knowledge of tracking systems (HasOffer, Google, Analytics) - Advantage.
  • Passion for performance based advertising and results-oriented.
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets and meeting goals.
  • High level English - must. More languages - advantage.
