Job Description:

A global internet marketing company operating a large number of portals around the world is looking for a talented design team leader who wants to join a great environment! The experienced team leader will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality material that accurately reflects the different company's brands and business needs. In addition, he/she will mentor and manage a team of UI and web designers and make sure the team delivers high quality designs and follow best practices.


Responsibilities:

Supervise and inspire the company's creative team.

Develop and execute strong design vision for the company's brand across website and marketing campaigns.

March the company's creative team to success and elevate all of the creative assets that the company generates.

Manage and delegate responsibilities and provide directions.

Deliver marketing messages via various media channels.

Analyze user behavior and adjust design accordingly.

Conceive creative concept for multiple websites and landing pages


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of UI/UX and design experience
  • Experience managing 4-6 designers in an agile / scrum environment.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring young designers.
  • Strong portfolio that highlights awesome design skills.
  • Strong understanding in responsive design, site architecture and designing intuitive UI and navigation.
  • Degree from a leading design school (Bezalel, Shenkar, H.I.T., Wizo).
  • HTML, CSS - an advantage.
