Job Description:

A global online lottery company is looking for a Russian speaking customer support manager to join the their growing team. As a customer support manager you will provide assistance to the company's clients, ensure high level of client satisfaction, and be surrounded by a great group of people!


Responsibilities:

Respond to complex client inquiries and questions.

Take charge of prioritization between different issues.

Involve other teams within the company as needed to resolve customer cases - development, sales etc.

Document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution and prioritization.


Requirements:

  • English and Russian at a mother tongue level.
  • Service oriented team player.
  • Awesome communication skills.
  • Independent with great organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in the online gaming / financial industry - an advantage.
