Job Description:

A leader in Customer Experience Analytics (CEA) is searching for a customer experience analyst to join the market-leading team. You will contribute to a team of consultants, strategists and analysts, working with Fortune 1000 companies to help them optimize digital strategies and tactics. Using your analytical skills and online experience, you will help these world-class clients gain unique insights into and across various digital channels – and help them use this insight to drive better ROI.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a combination of qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, along with some consultative experience helping clients achieve their business goals.

Please note: Working Monday to Friday, International business hours, and will be required to travel abroad on demand.


Responsibilities:

Own client business performance reporting and analyses, focused on web analytics and marketing optimization.

Develop methods required to identify whether current client goals match their organizational needs.

Report and analyze on major KPIs within segmented groups, focus on engagement, conversion and trend analysis.

Identify client website opportunities for optimization and UX improvements.

Compare online and offline activity to support client management in understanding the performance of different channels.

Analyze and document client's business requirements and processes, and communicate these findings through data and process models.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis or consultation.
  • Native (American) English speaker- A MUST.
  • An academic degree in business, information systems or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving abiliites. Able to develop methods to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
  • Proficient in Excel and database applications - must. Programming background - advantage.
  • Willing to work Mon-Fri. Willing to travel.
  • Able to champion technical concepts to non-technical or wide audiences.
  • Experience gathering and manipulating data from multiple sources.
