Job Description:

A successful digital advertising company with it's own technological platform optimizing revenues for advertisers and publishers is seeking a talented UX specialist to collaborate with  the account and design teams as a creative manager. The creative manager will take responsibility for all creative operations- developing creative guidelines, directing and executing ongoing creative work, and perform at the junction point between the creative and business sides of the company.


Responsibilities:

Manage the creative division with responsibility for the division’s overall success and goal attainment.

Craft appropriate strategies to identify and implement opportunities and maximize client success and growth.

Generate breakthrough ideas and constantly strive for more innovative solutions.

Establish standards of quality for all creative material and develop time saving art techniques and workflow.

Effectively communicate clients’ marketing needs and requirements.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in business-oriented creative activity, including leading a creative agenda.
  • Prior experience in the online world – a must.
  • Experience as an account manager - an advantage.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in UX principles.
  • Curious, creative and self learner.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and multitask.
  • Fluent, high-level English in writing and speech.
  • Excellent communication skills.
