Job Description:

A global leader in social and mobile gaming founded in 2010 and enjoying millions of monthly users is looking to recruit a talented art director to enhance games being produced, improve UI and graphic language and create top notch, world class designs.

 

CV must include a design portfolio.


Responsibilities:

Responsible for the post production process of games developed.

Lead and guide offshore and local art teams throughout the production process to ensure quality, consistency and compliance.

Support creation of animations and illustrations.

Set deadlines and solve diverse design problems.

Enhance and create UI solutions.

Work with different designs, graphic languages and fonts to match each game's themes.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience directing art, preferably in advertising agencies.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
  • Bachelors degree in visual communications - must.
  • Excellent control and knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator - must.
  • Expertise in After Effects, Flash and 3D - advantage.
  • Understanding and proficiency in typography.
  • Outstanding English communication skills in writing and speech.
  • Gaming background - advantage.
  • Performance and deadline oriented, able to lead a team under pressure.
  • Imaginative, flexible, creative and problem-solving.
