Job Description:

A world leading company in the consumer services and utility sphere serving over 3 million customers worldwide is looking for an experienced affiliate marketing manager that will be responsible for driving the growth of the company's distribution through affiliate programs and partners.


Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with key marketing partners.

Manage the company's Affiliate networks accounts.

Manage campaign revenue and profitability and adjust campaign pricing to hit goals.

Become an "Affiliate Marketing expert"; explore and understand new trends and developments, identify growth opportunities and challenges.

Conduct competitive research.

Work with BI team to produce marketing campaign performance reports.

Collaborate with the Creative and DEV teams to develop relevant campaigns.

Leverage internal and 3rd party systems to analyze performance, and identify opportunities to increase revenue.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an affiliate/account manager.
  • Solid understanding of online marketing metrics (CPA, CPM, CPC, CVR, LTV).
  • Experience implementing digital campaigns.
  • Strong negotiation skills, marketing mind and business senses.
  • Passion for the online marketing world.
  • Super organized quick learner who works well under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills, experience in creating business models.
  • Experience working in a fast paced start-up environment.
  • Grate communication skills, an exceptional team player.
