Job Description:

An online marketing company is looking for a Russian market affiliate manager to join its affiliate management team. 

The manager will drive partnerships and affiliations and increase affiliation-based revenues in the Russian market.


Responsibilities:

Identify affiliation opportunities, approach potential affiliate partners and establish communications.

Negotiate agreements and maintain affiliate relations proactively.

Manage affiliates and assets to promote the company's clients.

Motivate affiliates to provide maximum exposure and revenues.

Optimize all aspects of our affiliate program through established and new partners

Be the connecting link between affiliates and the company.


Requirements:

  • Native Russian- a must. Excellent English, both in writing and speech.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, analytical and implementation skills.
  • Familiar with the affiliate and advertising worlds and terminology.
  • Strong negotiation skills, marketing mind and business senses.
  • Ambitious, hard worker and result-oriented.
  • Self disciplined and persistant.
