Job Description:

A leading social investment network is looking for a highly motivated English account manager to provide the best experience for the company's clients.

The account manager will represent the firm to its clients and fulfill their needs.


Responsibilities:

Provide extraordinary service aligned with company’s culture and values.

Establish and develop personal long-term relationships with customers, respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries and significantly increase regional client deposits using phone calls and emails.

Verify that all the relevant information is collected from each customer and documented.

Log all communications with customers in the CRM.

Identify new business opportunities, initiate communication with clients to assess their needs and sell the company's products or services while presenting its vision.


Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Native level English- a must. Additional language- an advantage.
  • Motivated team player with sales orientation.
  • Great multitasking skills, able to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Former experience/knowledge in the financial industry- an advantage.
  • BA from a well-known establishment- an advantage.
  • Proficiency in social networking platforms- an advantage.
  • Sales/customer Service/relationship Management and CRM experience- an advantage.
