Job Description:

An innovative social content marketing platform focusing on the e-commerce sphere is looking for an experienced people-person for a partnership manager position. 

The manager will serve as the company's focal point at all subjects related to relationships with agencies. The company works with a large network of agencies who promote its product.


Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact with hundreds of agencies, support relationship to maximize acquisition, retention and up-sales.

Build meaningful, long-term relationships with agency program partners: Work with agencies’ marketing teams, client-services teams, and business teams.

Expand product usage and optimize the company's revenue, drive implementation of new product features based on demand.

Manage a vast amount of tasks, perform financial management and issue escalation cases.

Work Monday-Friday.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in working at an agency in a client-facing role: account management or a similar position.
  • Experience in up-selling, acquisition and retention.
  • Strong negotiation skills, comfortable discussing various topics and debate on financial issues etc.
  • Super organized quick learner who works well under pressure.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships, manage expectations, and identify issues that require escalation.
  • Motivated self-starter who is hungry to learn.
  • Strong knowledge of the media/digital landscape.
  • Fluent, high-level English in writing and in speech - MUST.
