Job Description:

A globally successful internet and gaming company with an outstanding product is looking for an experienced analyst to become a business adviser, provide detailed analysis to support and drive business decisions and create analytical methodologies in order to maximize the company's business profitability.


Responsibilities:

Monitor, analyse & optimize business performance.

Analyze the marketing and operational activity of the business.

Provide advanced analysis for all aspects of the business from both a costumer and business

perspective.

lead, educate and manage junior analyst, by providing a structured work-plan, smart KPI's and measurement tools.

Costumer profiling, modelling and segmentation.

Manage & create analytical methodologies using statistical tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, etc.) for designing and presenting conclusions effectively.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in similar position in an online marketing company, dealing with large and complex volumes of data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with MS Excel including Pivot tables and Macro developing.
  • Strong SQL knowledge.
  • Fluent, high level English in writing and speech.
  • Great attention to detail, able to multitask several projects.
  • Leadership skills, calm under pressure, highly organized.
