Job Description:

A pioneering e-commerce start-up is hiring a brilliant and experienced customer solutions engineer that will provide exceptional services and consultative support to the company's top strategic clients.


Responsibilities:

Responsible for the technical relationships with the company's clients.

Maintain and strengthen positive customer relations and satisfaction.

Own the prime technical relationship with the company's prospects to drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing and delivering technical information to the customers.

Take charge of prioritization between different issues.

Document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution and prioritization.

Involve other teams within the company as needed to resolve customer cases - Sales, R&D, Product Managers etc.

Work hours are compliant to the US time zone, Monday– Friday.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in working directly with Enterprise clients, strong customer experience focus and proactive attitude.
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Industrial Engineering / equivalent degree in related discipline.
  • Knowledge in web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications.
  • Experience working with SQL.
  • Great project management and organization skills.
  • Awesome communication skills, friendly and fun to work with.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into a working technical solutions.
  • Native English level. additional languages – advantage
  • Willingness to travel.
