Job Description:

An innovative global consumer mobile application and service provider, and one of the largest on-demand car service company is looking for a world-class master in CRM and retention marketing manager.Reporting directly to the head of global marketing operations, the manager will improve the client's journey using the company's assets, and take care of KPIs such as conversion and retention.


Responsibilities:

Design, plan and execute all marketing campaigns based on specific customer segmentation, campaign or behavioral change objectives.

Plan and implement automated communications for each customer life-cycle stage using e-mail campaigns, push messages and in-app messages.

Deliver smooth CRM planning and execution for all regions.

Work closely with the product team and plan communication around important features.

Work closely with the design studio to deliver exciting on brand content (both visual and copy).

Manage campaigns on a campaign management system to create a large number of campaigns for several segments, using A/B testing, optimization and control groups.

Analyze results and make future decisions and improvements based on conclusions.

Understand the company’s overall objectives and work to drive results by delivering and analyzing campaigns.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with proven large-scale success cases. Proficiency in the space of CRM/Retention.
  • Experience and knowledge of CRM systems and processes in an online company with a fast paced environment- a must.
  • Practical experience with different e-mail delivery systems - mailchimp, sendgrid, silverpop, etc.
  • Proficiency with web analytics.
  • Number-driven and analytical with solid Excel skills
  • Email coding – big advantage.
  • Experience with Optimove system or similar- an advantage.
  • Knowledge of websites backend management with basic HTML understanding - an advantage.
