Job Description:

A well invested global network offering cutting edge mobile, web and video advertising solutions is looking for an experienced video publisher recruiter to join the business development department. The publisher recruiter will recruit new video publishers and create new profitable relationships for the company, perform market research and spotting opportunities, and of course business negotiations and sealing new media deals.


Responsibilities:

Reach out and recruit new video publisher recruiters.

Build and strengthen long lasting, profitable relationships.

Perform market research and media prospecting.

Analyze and optimize the traffic to maximize the revenue of the existing publishers.

Conduct negotiations and seal new media business deals.

Meet and beat video publisher recruitment goals.


Requirements:

  • Experience in online video advertising / media industry – a must.
  • B.A./B.Sc (or equivalent experience). MBA – an advantage.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven track record in developing relationships with international partners.
  • Independent and driven, able to identify, pursue and research potential leads.
  • Fluent, high level English in writing and speech. Native level - advantage.
  • Charismatic, strong negotiation abilities.
  • Organized, goal oriented, fast thinker, success-driven.
  • Great communication as well as analytical skills.
