Job Description:

A boutique online company specializes in innovative digital media solutions is looking for an experienced video publisher director to establish the video activity of the company, and recruit new video publishers in order to create new profitable relationships for the company. The recruiter will perform market research and spotting opportunities, manage business negotiations and sealing new media deals.


Responsibilities:

Establish the video activity of the company.

Locate suitable publishers and developers worldwide.

Accompany, monitor and maintain publisher relations and ongoing contracts.

Conduct negotiations and seal new media business deals.

Meet and beat video publisher recruitment goals.

Research market and prospect media to find new potential publishers.


Requirements:

  • Experience as a publisher recruiter - must.
  • Experience working with App Developers.
  • Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication skills and analytical capabilities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the online media eco-system.
  • Charismatic, independent and driven, able to identify, pursue and research potential leads.
  • High motivation with strong work ethics.
  • Fluent, high level English in writing and speech.
