Job Description:

A leading global online marketing company is looking for a driven shift manager to lead the sales team. In this position you will manage and mentor multilingual sales representatives.

The work is in shifts, and an English at a mother tongue level is a must!


Responsibilities:

Manage a team of multilingual sales representatives and drive performance and revenues.

Recruit, train and retain great sales representatives to bring a significant amount of leads.

Motivate the sales team to meet and beat goals and keep a high standard.

Generate and analyze data and reports.

Build work plans, monitor and report to senior management.


Requirements:

  • English and Hebrew at a mother tongue level.
  • Additional languages - an advantage.
  • 1+ years of experience as a team leader / shift manager in a multi-language call center.
  • Charismatic, motivated, can-do attitude.
  • Experience in sales - a must.
  • Independent and creative, enthusiastic and sales-oriented,
  • Superb organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
  • Business / marketing orientation.
  • High interpersonal skills.
