Job Description:

A venture capital funded start-up developing innovative big data based CRM solutions is hiring a talented B2B sales director to approach VP sales, sales executives and sales managers in the US to increase the client base and improve client satisfaction.

US hours - Mon. - Fri.


Responsibilities:

Initiate and manage end-to-end sales activities over the phone and other channels.

Conduct product demos, online presentations, and virtual meetings with key decision-makers and influencers.

Effectively build and execute a sales plan.

Communicate market and client feedback to our management team driving continuous improvement of our products and sales processes.

Achieving daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals and production levels.


Requirements:

  • Native English speaker.
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales.
  • Experience in B2B sales to SMBs.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written, organizational and interpersonal).
  • Proven track record and ability to close online deals.
  • Willing to work US hours (Monday-Friday EST work hours).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with sales organizations and processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce - advantage.
