Job Description:

A successful technological platform providing cutting edge retargeted advertising solution to advertisers and agencies is hiring a publisher recruiter to join its media team.  As the publisher recruiter you will manage, analyze and optimize publisher performance to achieve goals, maintain daily contact with publishers and maximize revenues for the company.


Responsibilities:

Reach out and engage new publishers.

Strengthen publisher relationships and strive for long term mutual benefit.

Negotiate and seal new business deals and upsells.

Accompany, monitor and maintain publisher relations and ongoing contracts.

Meet and beat publisher recruitment targets.

Research market and prospect media to find new potential publishers.

Work closely with developers, marketing teams, business analysis teams and other units to drive performance.

Solve problems and initiate improvements to the company's business.


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a media buyer / seller / publisher recruiter.
  • Experience recruiting mobile publishers - strong advantage.
  • Experience executing display campaigns for multiple verticals on CPI, CPC, CPM, CPA, etc.
  • Experience building long-term relationships with publishers and advertisers and achieving high ROI.
  • An academic degree- must. Economics, Finance, Business - advantage.
  • Fluent, high level English in writing and speech.
  • Healthy business senses and passion for the field.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and presentation abilities.
  • Motivated, independent, pro-active, detail-oriented, able to multitask.
  • Tech orientation and strong analytical skills.
  • A creative problem solver and team player.
