Job Description:

A social gaming start-up focusing on Facebook games is looking for an awesome monetization manager to join its team. As the monetization manager you will take charge of defining the monetization strategy of the company's games to maximize their revenues by setting the correct game economy and virtual goods pricing.


Responsibilities:

Manage the company's monetization efforts and follow up on the game economy updates.

Find new monetization opportunities in new products, offerings or partners.

Conduct market research, analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly.

Manage day-to-day pricing schemes for the company's promotions.

Provide high-level analysis and recommendations to drive revenue optimization.

Collaborate on acquisition and retention efforts to ensure focus on high life time value customer segments.

 


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the gaming / e-commerce / online sphere.
  • Strong marketing sense.
  • Passion for the gaming industry.
  • Strong analytical competencies, with a focus on consumer behavior in digital entertainment.
  • Fluent, high level English in writing and speech.
  • Self-motivated go-getter with creative orientation.
  • Able to plan, organize and complete multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
