Job Description:

A successful and innovative company focusing on increasing ROI through mobile channels, big data analysis and a unique platform is looking for a talented mobile expert to lead the company's mobile performance activities. 

The specialist will govern both mobile media and mobile campaign teams, and oversee the company's entire mobile activities.


Responsibilities:

Craft, recruit and manage the company's mobile performance team.

Scale the mobile performance activities of the companyץ

Create business strategy and make sure that the team's activities follow and compliment that strategy.

Oversee the company's campaign management and optimization efforts, and optimize to increase ROIs.

Research markets, trends, competition and opportunities in the industry.

Identify prospects, negotiate and close deals.


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a mobile campaign manager from one of Israel's leading ad-networks .
  • Managerial experience – an advantage.
  • Deep knowledge of the mobile performance eco system.
  • Vast experience working with DSP's - AppNexus, PlyMedia, etc.
  • Superb leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluent, high-level English both in writing and speech.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent judgment.
  • Excellent time management skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytic ability and result-oriented.
