Job Description:

An innovative global ad-network is expanding its Israeli branch and hiring a media & partner acquisition manager.The manager will create a web media buying department while growing and developing the firms current click exchange network on Facebook and mobile platforms.


Responsibilities:

Recruit premium media to bolster the firms performance offers.

Negotiate deals with publishers and develop close relationships.

Manage and optimize publisher traffic on appNexus and PlyMedia's (ADK2) platforms.

Develop the media buying department and recruit new media buyers.

Become the main point of contact between publishers and the company and provide them with best-in-market customer service.

Track and analyze results, compile reports


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in media buying in leading ad-networks.
  • Excellent English communication skills in writing and speech. More languages - advantage.
  • Strong technical abilities, able to pull complex reports and create C-level insights.
  • Organized, independent, able to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel savvy.
  • Innovative, out of the box thinker.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to initiate projects, drive results and work independently.
