Job Description:

A well-funded and fast-growing web analysis, optimization and online behavior tracking company is looking for an experienced marketing manager to take charge of the company's acquisition efforts. The marketing expert will continue driving high performance, acquire new leads as well as visibility in the digital space and constantly optimize performance marketing channels for optimal ROI.


Responsibilities:

Manage targeted online marketing campaigns, mostly via display media and PPC channels.

Use marketing automation tools and CRM software to provide detailed and transparent reporting on all campaign metrics.

Negotiate with publishers on campaign costs.

Communicate and leverage global campaign efforts.

Monitor daily performance and adjust PPC bidding strategy to optimize ROI.

Analyze the company's market trends, competition and userbase through independent research, stay ahead of the market and know of new opportunities or tools in the eco-system.

Collaborate with creative teams to product high performing creative materials.

Present post-campaign reports that drive improvements as well as accountability.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing display media campaigns.
  • 2+ years of experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns.
  • High analytical skills for planning, measuring and analyzing marketing program results.
  • Fluent, high level English in writing and speech.
  • Previous experience with CRM or Marketing automation systems.
  • Previous experience with Marketo - advantage.
  • Previous experience with SalesForce - advantage.
  • Expert in Google Analytics and other analytics tools - advantage.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize projects contantly.
  • Able to write English language ad-copy for PPC and display purposes.
