Job Description:

A performance-based mobile advertising start-up is looking for a success-driven head of sales.

The head of sales will lead the company's sales team and work with international markets.


Responsibilities:

Hands-on in building, recruiting and leading the Mobile App department, towards the company’s overall goals and vision.

Manage all facets of the sales cycle, including: prospecting, negotiating, closing and renewing business.

Take charge of the recruitment process of new mobile publishers.

Lead the sales strategy, participate hands-on in the company's sales process.

Develop and maintain strong business relationships, including meet up with clients abroad and represent the company in conventions worldwide.

Analyze and service client needs before, during and after campaign, to maximize retention


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in mobile app promotion, mobile campaign management and media buying.
  • Able to work independently and multitask.
  • Driven and proactive with great interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent, high-level English in writing and speech.
  • Strong analytical skills.
