Job Description:

A multichannel ad-network operating in display, mobile and video advertising spheres is hiring a mobile expert to head the mobile department. The talented head of mobile will Set the mobile department's business strategy and goals, lead, expend and oversee the company's entire mobile activities.


Responsibilities:

Own the mobile department's business plan and P&L.

Lead the mobile department and product development.

Set the entire mobile department's business strategy and goals.

Collaborate closely with executive staff to plan and execute the department's marketing strategy.

Oversee the company's campaign management and optimization efforts, and optimize to increase ROIs.

Research markets, trends, competition and opportunities in the industry.

Identify prospects, negotiate and close deals.


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in the mobile and video industry.
  • Familiar with industry tools and platforms for mobile advertising (Appnexus, Label, Spot).
  • Experience working with advertisers and publishers.
  • Fluent, high-level English both in writing and speech.
  • Superb leadership and communication skills.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset.
  • technical background - an advantage.
  • Passion, agility, charisma and business orientation.
