Job Description:

A successful technological start-up providing performance advertising technology is seeking a people's person with deep B2B understanding to lead the client relations department. As clients relations executive you will manage and mentor a team of great account managers and drive the deployment of the company's technology across desktop, mobile and video inventory.


Responsibilities:

Lead the account management department.

Define account management strategies and procedures to maximize partnership’s potential.

Understand and analyze the client's activities and orientation to generate project goals and success measurements.

Understand publishers' needs and provide top-notch service.

Manage, recruit and train team members with a focus on professional development.

Represent the company at leading online publisher conferences.

Engage with the Publisher Development team to ensure smooth deployment of new clients.

Build strong, long lasting customer relationships.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience working with online publishers.
  • 2+ years of experience managing client relations team.
  • Experience working with B2B clients.
  • Native level English.
  • Deep understanding of the RTB/Exchange eco system.
  • Strong business orientation and leadership skills.
  • Experience building and scaling customer support operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
  • Team player with great interest in the online sphere.
  • Passionate and motivated with great analytical skills.
