Job Description:

A super-trendy and well invested social mobile application is looking for a talented growth hacker and user acquisition manager who live and breath mobile apps marketing. The growth hacker will develop, implement, track and optimize the company's marketing campaigns across all digital channels.


Responsibilities:

Seek new marketing and growth opportunities.

Identify trends and insights and optimize campaigns based on these analyses.

Drive significant user growth via multi new channels.

A/B test product messaging, ad-copy and other user-facing content.

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and users behavior.

Manage App Store marketing and optimization.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Product, Retention, BI, Design) to execute new opportunities.

Continuously explore new opportunities for user growth, including new channels, partnerships, and messaging

Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in user acquisition for various mobile apps.
  • Great communication skills in writing and speech, able to reach out and create partnerships.
  • Data-orientation and goal-driven, motivated to succeed through intelligence.
  • Able to generate insights and recommendations based on raw data and results.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Familiarity with existing tools and solutions in the eco-system, as well as marketing solutions and advertising platforms.
  • Fluent, high level English in writing and speech.
