Job Description:

A highly successful software monetization and advertising company located in the heart of Tel Aviv is hiring a director of demand and partners. The director will lead a team of demand-side account managers dedicated to providing partners with the best possible service and performance. He will also participate in developing new solutions to address client needs, document feedback and lead new business processes that develop mutual performance improvements.


Responsibilities:

Establish productive relationships with key personnel and clients.

Coordinate involvement of support, service and other teams and resources to meet client performance objectives and expectations.

Create sales plan and provide monthly updates and revisions to the plan.

Lead processes that develop mutual performance objectives, goals and milestones.

Assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.

Lead solution development efforts to address customer needs, cross-department management of efforts.

Define project scope, plan development and lead through delivery as well as related product releases.

Provide customer input in technical and business terms with full requirements to ensure project value is realized.

Manage account management team and lead it to superior performance.

Stay up to date on market, industry trends, competitors and key client strategies.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an online ad-network.
  • Experience with ad servers: AppNexus, RightMedia as well as control of Excel - must.
  • Proven ability to lead large scale projects.
  • Outstanding consultative sales skills for executive level customers and partners.
  • Outstanding inter-personal skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills in writing and speech.
  • Team player who creates trust and integrity with employees, customers, investors and partners.
  • A hands on, roll-up-the-sleeves kind of manager.
  • Excellent decision making skills, able to work under constant deadline pressure and timetables.
  • Technical background - advantage.
  • Proven managerial ability.
