Job Description:

A world leading company in the consumer services and utility sphere serving over 3 million customers is looking for an experienced CRO to join the company. 

The CRO will manage the company's conversion rate and constantly improve it while working closely with product and design teams.


Implement improvements into work methodologies in order to increase website, landing pages and app conversion rates.

Plan, execute and manage high-quality landing page optimization projects and website usability audits in a timely manner and within a given budget.

Troubleshoot and spot existing issues with company’s optimization tests and projects.

Produce weekly reports containing analysis, surfacing trends etc.

Suggest improvements for our websites, app and any related marketing activities.

Stay up to date with the latest changes in UI/UX.

Collaborate with the acquisition team to identify key areas for growth and help the account managers improve ROI.


  • 2 + year of experience in conversion optimization within a high transaction business.
  • Experience in creating, optimizing and managing landing pages and other creative materials.
  • Experience in A/B testing and multi-variant testing technologies.
  • Basic understanding of wire-frames, prototyping and user-centered interaction design.
  • Experience in Photoshop / InDesign.
  • Awesome analytical skills and understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to established timeframes.
  • Multi-tasking, project management and technology skills.
  • Experience in working with Unbounce- an advantage.
