Job Description:

A leading media and advertising group is looking for a talented, passionate client relations manager to manage large and diverse portfolio of global, high-maintenance client relations across all verticals (Google, Facebook, Mobile).


Responsibilities:

Understand clients' vertical, product, business and goals.

Develop strategies for differentiation and market penetration.

Use revenue/margin growth as tools to achieve and surpass targets.

Strengthen relationships with clients and manage business issues that might disturb the partnership.

Coach clients through planning, marketing and sales activities.

Resolve business issues troubling clients or preventing them from expanding their accounts.

 


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in search / social media.
  • Experience as a PPC - an advantage.
  • Native English - a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics/Communication/Statistics or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities.
  • Team player with great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Excel, computer and internet skills.
  • Passion for the online advertising industry.
  • High patience and endurance for highly demanding clients.
  • Willingness to travel and work long hours, during weekends, holidays and night times.
