Job Description:

A leading web development platform simplifying online website creation and management is hiring a business analyst to join the professional team and provide deep insight and analysis for internal and external purposes.


Responsibilities:

Build and maintain reports, dashboards and metrics while verifying data integrity.

Think beyond the numbers and assist managers in making business decisions.

Analyze and optimize products and activities.

Construct new business models.

Analyse customer and behaviors- Abandonment, behavior, segmentation, trends, churn prediction, customer value and more.

Work with large databases and build tools to streamline usage.

Collaborate with the department in supporting product managers, marketing teams, finance teams and management.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis.
  • A quantitative field academic degree- mathematics, statistics, economics or similar.
  • Expert Excel skills, including building complex dynamic reports and models.
  • Passionate about the internet industry. Curious and with desire to learn.
  • Experience with scripting/modelling languages such as Python, Matlab, R, Scala.
  • Experience working with Big Data - advantage.
  • Experience working with BI tools- advantage.
  • Technological and business understanding - advantage.
  • Experience in internet or online companies - advantage.
  • Fluent, high level English in writing and speech.
