Job Description:

A leading social investment network is looking for a highly motivated Spanish speaking account manager with experience in the financial industry.

The manager's function will include both sales and marketing aspects. The manager will monitor and retain customer’s accounts.


Responsibilities:

Interact with high-end clientele on a daily basis.

Provide extraordinary service aligned with company’s culture and values.

Establish and develop personal long-term relationships with customers, respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries and significantly increase regional client deposits using phone calls and emails.

Lead a sales strategy for acquisition of new customers.

Meet and exceed sales related targets.

Identify new business opportunities, initiate communication with clients to assess their needs and sell the company's products or services while presenting its vision.


Requirements:

  • Fluent, high-level Spanish.
  • Fluent, high level English - an advantage.
  • Motivated and goal-oriented team player.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Former experience/knowledge in the financial industry.
  • Experience in sales.
  • Innovative, with excellent learning abilities.
