Job Description:

A leading international start-up that specializes in ad-networking is expanding its Israeli branch and looking for an experienced video demand account manager to join and lead its growing team.The HO Video will be responsible for strategically growing and developing assigned video accounts and establishing a deeper relationships with the company's demand partners.


Responsibilities:

Manage the video demand team.

Responsible for developing business relations with the company's demand partner.

Constantly optimize existing campaigns in order to improve ROI.

Manage day-to-day communication and explore new development opportunities.

Keep track of changes and trends in the online marketing world and constantly identify areas for optimization.

Understand advertiser's organization culture and structure.


Requirements:

  • Experience in campaign management in the online video industry - a must.
  • Experience working with Adap.tv, Spotx, Tremor, etc.
  • Fluent, high-level English in writing and speech.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Proactive thinker with analytical abilities.
  • Organized person with excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and performance orientation.
  • Managerial experience.
