Job Description:

An internet marketing company specializing in e-gaming is hiring an email marketing campaign manager.

The manager will be responsible for the company's e-mail marketing efforts. The manager will perform research and segment various audience groups to enable pin-point email marketing engagement.


Responsibilities:

Build and manage Email marketing campaigns to promote products and offerings.

Develop and optimize segmentation processes to increase engagement and retention across campaigns, improve conversions and ROI.

Use statistical analysis, Excel reports and other BI tools to analyze results.

Generate new leads and enhance the company's customer base.

Manage the company's mailers- create content, track & improve mail performance.


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience with email marketing campaigns/CRM optimization.
  • Great proficiency in HTML code- edit and change written code, work with templates etc.
  • An academic degree in computer science/statistics/economics/Marketing or industrial engineering.
  • Strong excel skills and deep familiarity with other MS Office programs.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with Adobe programs - an advantage.
  • Experience with code writing and uploading (ASP/ASPX/PHP) - an advantage.
  • Experience working in an online/E-gaming company - an advantage.
