Job Description:

A technological leader in contextual advertising and online marketing is hiring an experienced performance marketing specialist. The specialist will take part in all marketing activities including publisher and advertiser acquisition via PPC, SEO and other channels, growing the company's premium advertising platform, and working closely with other business units to achieve optimal results.


Responsibilities:

Lead paid marketing and advertising programs to achieve volume, quality and ROI targets.

Create PPC campaigns over Adwords, Facebook, Content recommenders and internal advertising feeds.

Manage bids, placements, keywords and scaling, monitor quality scores and improve on them, test ad-copy and build new campaigns following new insights.

Track KPIs constantly and provide ongoing managerial reports.


Requirements:

  • Native English speaker with outstanding copywriting skills.
  • 2+ years of experience managing PPC or SEO campaigns including Google Adwords and Facebook PPC (More channels - advantage).
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, conversion metrics and online acquisition.
  • Advanced Google analytics knowledge, experience optimizing landing page conversion rates.
  • Experience setting up A/B and other analytical testing arrays.
  • An academic degree - must. In marketing, journalism or communications - advantage.
  • Self starter, motivated, results-oriented, multitasker.
