Job Description:

An innovative mobile performance tracking start-up is hiring an account and success manager to handle strategic B2B accounts. The role includes understanding each client, his market, his competition and his business goals in order to provide a best in breed service and performance experience to clients. The manager will also introduce new features, provide client training and support, provide client feedback to product teams and in all ways drive for higher results and client success.


Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of strategic client accounts: Technical, support, product training and feedback, and business results.

Work closely with client stakeholders to ensure success.

Introduce new features to clients and train them to use it.

Provide internal client feedback regarding product or account requirements.

Provide clients with webinars and general training supporting their business.

Upsell clients and expand accounts through strong value propositions and close client relationships.


Requirements:

  • Native Russian / German / English speaker.
  • Familiar with product management or development.
  • Experience in web marketing and advertising.
  • Experience in mobile advertising on both iOS and Android.
  • Technical background and savvy.
  • Fluent, high level English in writing and speech.
