Job Description:

A world leader in security policy management is hiring a community and social media manager in New Jersey.The manager will work closely under the director of marketing communications and will drive community building in forums and groups, social media management in the various social networks, and support communications and content production on demand.

Responsibilities:

Establish and manage the company's community through LinkedIn groups, Regional user groups, the online customer forum and the customer advocates programs.

Launch innovative campaigns to build interest and encourage participation.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to create interesting hooks and community content.

Manage and boost the company's primary social channels - Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter.

Create new innovative content in tune with the company's strategy and messaging for social channels.

Grow and engage follower base socially.

Build thought leadership social campaigns.

Oversee design to support content - Facebook cover, profile pics, thumbnails, twitter profile, blog assets.

Identify third party social channels to follow, post relevant contnet on these sites and channels to drive traffic.

Develop content and communication materials as needed to support field marketing.

Report community and social media performance to management.
